Each year, Victory Church throws a party to honor our incredible Serve Team members—and the 2024 celebration was one for the books. Hosted outdoors as a vibrant block party, the event was full of joy, gratitude, and colorful details designed to make every volunteer feel seen and appreciated.

As Creative Director, I not only captured photos from the event but also partnered closely with our Events Director to shape the overall atmosphere and visual experience. We brought in Lancaster Balloon Lady to create playful, on-theme balloon installations, and I led a team of volunteers to create sidewalk chalk art installations that brought personality and color to the space.

It was a beautiful collaboration of creativity and community, and a true reflection of how much we value our serve teams.
